Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted or faulty items. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in original condition. You must have a receipt as a proof of purchase.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes items just don’t work for you leaving you dissatisfied. In this case - you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted or faulty items for a full exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused with tags and in original condition. You must have a valid receipt as a proof of purchase.
All you need to do is package the item(s) for return with a note that states your reason for return and your order number. Please post your item(s) to:

It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping charges. We advise you use ‘signed for’ to send your item(s) and always keep a proof of postage.
Once we have received the item(s), they will be inspected and a refund/exchange will then be given (please allow 5 working days for the money to be returned to your bank).
After 30 days, we will accept returns but you will only be offered an exchange or credit note.

An adjustable waistband with belt loops and articulated knee construction delivers an ideal fit, while interior boot gaiters with metal hooks help repel snow entry. Breathable, recycled Polyester and inner thigh vents provide superior moisture management, and front hand pockets with waterproof zips secure essentials in this insulated, waterproof pant that lets you focus on fun.
