RETURNS
We understand that sometimes items just don’t work for you leaving you dissatisfied. In this case - you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted or faulty items for a full exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused with tags and in original condition. You must have a valid receipt as a proof of purchase.
All you need to do is package the item(s) for return with a note that states your reason for return and your order number. Please post your item(s) to:

It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping charges. We advise you use ‘signed for’ to send your item(s) and always keep a proof of postage.
Once we have received the item(s), they will be inspected and a refund/exchange will then be given (please allow 5 working days for the money to be returned to your bank).
After 30 days, we will accept returns but you will only be offered an exchange or credit note.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event an item you have received is damaged or faulty please send an email to enquiries@beartrax.co.uk explaining the issue. We can then further help you in returning/exchanging this item.
